Offer and order

Our offer is subject to change. A purchase contract is only concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods. We may make acceptance of the order dependent on advance payment. Samples will be shipped against payment of the respective unit price and shipping costs.

Prices

All prices quoted are ex works 67245 Lambsheim, plus VAT at the statutory rate.

Delivery

Deliveries of goods with a net value of € 350.00 or more are free of charge within Germany; below this amount we charge a flat-rate freight and packaging fee of € 10.00.

Payment and delivery

Our invoices are due within 30 days; we grant a 2% discount for payment within 8 days. Partial deliveries are permitted if not all items are in stock. The delivery dates stated by us are non-binding; we do not accept any liability for damages resulting from failure to meet the delivery date. Irrespective of the shipping costs regulation, shipping is at the buyer’s own risk, even in the case of delivery by a vehicle of the seller.

Retention of title

The delivered goods shall remain our property until all our claims have been settled in full. In the event of access by third parties to the reserved goods, they must be informed of our ownership rights and we must be notified immediately.

Storage

The best storage temperature is 15-20°C. The relative humidity should be around 50%. We accept no liability for damage caused by incorrect storage.

Complaints and returns

Incoming deliveries must be inspected immediately; damage and differences must be reported to the carrier immediately and confirmed by the carrier. Hidden defects must be reported in writing within one month of receipt. Returns will only be accepted after prior agreement.

Custom-made products

Please note that an over- or under-delivery of 10 to 20 % of the ordered quantity (depending on the quantity ordered) is possible for custom-made products, whereby the quantity actually delivered will be invoiced. Custom-made products that are produced on behalf of the customer are usually provided with the PAPI logo and may be used for illustration purposes at trade fairs, showrooms and in PAPI GmbH catalogs.

Other

We expressly reserve the right to make technical changes to the design of our articles, as well as minor deviations in color and material properties. The place of jurisdiction and place of performance for our deliveries and services as well as for payments is Cologne.
